Dale has spent the last 25 years working in Sheffield City Centre Salons, specialising in classic cutting, perms & curly hair.

Andy manages the salon staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance. 

He creates and maintains relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring inventory is stocked and pricing is competitive. Additionally, he analyses market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. 

Andy has a strong leadership background from working in professional Football for the last 23 years which gives him business acumen skills to effectively manage the salon’s operations.
